• Beds may not be returned for exchange or refund for any reason due to Federal & State laws.
• Sealy Inc. provides a 10 year warranty on their beds.  Customer will file claim with Sealy directly by calling 1-800-697-3259.  TI is not involved in any warranty claims.
•  Delivery of bed will take approximately 6-8 weeks from the time order is placed with TI.  Beds are manufactured at a Sealy plant closest to the delivery destination.  Each bed is manufactured upon request for every customer.
• Orders accepted for continental USA only includes delivery.   
• The Suite and Elite Sensational beds are not a “firm” mattress
• Maintenance free!  The mattress never needs to be turned or rotated.
• Beds are sold as “sets” only – mattress and box spring.
